Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, product images on our website are provided for illustrative and identification purposes only and may not always reflect the exact packaging, colour, quantity, configuration, or presentation supplied.

In some cases, images may show:

  • manufacturer packaging,
  • multi-pack boxes,
  • multiple items for display purposes, or
  • flavour/ingredient imagery used to represent the expected flavour profile.

The product title, selected variant, description, and checkout summary always determine what you are purchasing. The image alone does not determine quantity or contents.

For example, if a listing states “Single Pod”, the customer is purchasing one pod only, even if the image shows a box or packaging normally associated with multiple pods.

Some e-liquid ingredient images are also used to indicate the type of flavour you can expect and do not necessarily represent the exact contents of the product. Where applicable, the product description will clarify this. Any variation in visual representation will remain consistent with the intended product type and value.

Free Shipping:

Local free delivery will only be available for orders over R300 and within 5km radius of the shop. Free deliveries are only available from Monday to Saturday.

Free Delivery on all orders over R1000 within South Africa.

Shipping, Returns & Warranty Policy

Flat Rate Shipping

Q: How long will my order take to be delivered?
A: Orders received and paid for by 12:00 noon on weekdays are usually handed to the courier as soon as possible for delivery. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and typically take 1 to 3 working days, but may take longer depending on the courier, area, route, delays, weekends, public holidays, or other logistical factors.

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery is under the courier company’s control and outside of our direct control. By selecting and paying for courier shipping at checkout, the customer accepts that delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed by us.

We cannot cancel courier transit and personally deliver orders once the courier process is underway.


Returns & Warranty Information

We value and appreciate your business. Please note that electronic cigarette devices, atomizers/cartomizers, pods, and rechargeable batteries are functional products that may fail or degrade over time, especially with regular use.

Below are the terms under which products may be considered for return or warranty assessment.


Order Accuracy and Listing Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reading the full product title, selected variant, description, specifications, and product notices before purchasing.

Product images are provided for illustrative, branding, flavour, and identification purposes only and may not always reflect the exact packaging, colour, quantity, configuration, or presentation supplied. In some cases, images may show manufacturer packaging, multi-pack boxes, or multiple items, even where the product sold is a single unit.

The product title, selected option, description, and checkout summary always determine what is being purchased.

If the item delivered matches the written listing at the time of purchase, it will not be regarded as an incorrect item supplied. Returns, refunds, or exchanges will not be approved where a customer has failed to read the listing properly or made assumptions based on the product image alone.


E-Liquid Return Policy

We do not accept returns on e-liquids based on personal flavour preference. Taste is subjective and may vary from person to person.

Due to strict quality control and hygiene standards, opened or used e-liquids cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.


Hardware Warranty Policy

  • RBAs, RDAs, RTAs, and Mech Mods are intended for experienced users only and carry no warranty.
  • Clearomizers, atomizers, commercial tanks, pods, and coils carry no warranty due to hygiene reasons and because they are consumable items.
  • Tanks may leak due to factors such as heat, liquid viscosity, coil wear, movement, or general usage conditions. If a tank is found to be leaking through defective glass seals and the issue cannot be resolved with replacement seals, we may replace the tank at our discretion.
  • Electronic mods and electronic devices carry a supplier warranty only.

Warranty Will Be Void If

  • there is any physical damage, including scratches, chips, dents, damaged buttons, or a damaged USB port;
  • the product has been misused, abused, neglected, or improperly handled;
  • the product has been exposed to liquid, fire, or other external causes;
  • the product has been used outside its intended purpose;
  • the product or any part of it has been modified;
  • the product has been used together with a modified part;
  • the issue is due to unauthorized repair;
  • the defect is caused by normal wear and tear or ageing;
  • the warranty period has expired;
  • proof of purchase cannot be provided at the time of claim;
  • the product is not returned with its original packaging.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • clearance items;
  • consumables, including mouthpieces, cartridges, atomizers, coils, RBAs, lanyards, and leather cases;
  • faults arising from normal use, wear and tear, or the normal lifespan of the product.

Returns

  • All approved returns may be subject to a 10% handling fee.
  • Returns that do not meet the above conditions may be refused.
  • No refund, return, or exchange will be granted where the delivered item matches the product title, selected option, and written description.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

You can view your GT Vape order information on the Orders page.

Please be aware that this is only possible if you signed up online. In all other cases or if you have any questions related to your sales orders or receipts, you can reach out to our billing team directly through info@gtvape.co.za.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?

If a popular item is out of stock, we try hard to restock within 2 days. For slower selling items, we try to restock within 1-2 weeks. However, please understand that restock times will vary greatly because some of the manufacturers we work with are very small. There are so many other reasons why a product is out of stock for an extended period of time:

  • The product or brand is being re-designed
  • The manufacturer is on vacation/holiday
  • The product is being reformulated
  • The product has been recalled
  • The manufacturer is busy or overwhelmed
  • The manufacturer has discontinued selling to distributors

Device Repairs:

  • We strive to provide the most convenient service at the best price.
  • All products in the store carry a manufacturing warranty, that excludes any physical damage.
  • Devices will only be released when outstanding payment has been received in full.
  • Devices not collected after 90 days will be sold/discarded.
  • We reserve the right to charge a holding cost on devices uncollected, 1 month after they have been booked in.
  • We reserve the right to charge interest and holding costs on devices repaired and uncollected, 1 month after the invoice date.
  • We have a 3-month general repair warranty on workmanship.
  • We offer a 6-month warranty on battery replacements.
  • We require a 50% deposit on all parts we do not have in stock to be ordered.

Rewards System:

How do rewards work?

All registered customers earn 5% on all purchases made.

For every R100 spent customers will receive R5 in reward points.

Where can I see my points?

Navigate to My Account – Rewards

Points Expiration:

Customers will lose their points if they don’t use them within a 6 Month period.
This works on a first in → first out rule. Customers always spend their oldest points and will lose them if they didn’t use them in time.

Points Usage Limits:

Customers can only use 300 000 points (R300) on a single cart.

Customers can discount 100% of the cart if the cart total is R300 and below with available points.
