Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

We make every effort to provide our customers with products that look the same as the images displayed on our website pages. However please keep in mind that photographs have a difficult time showing exact colors and that the actual color of a product may vary slightly from what is shown in one of our website images. We work hard to update our website descriptions and images as soon as we aware of noticeable variations in our products that customers may find unacceptable.

Also please be aware that some of the images of our e-liquid flavor ingredients are used to show customers the type of flavor they can expect from their e-liquid and not necessarily the exact contents of the e-liquid. Our Product Descriptions will inform you if the contents of our e-liquids may vary from what is displayed in the contents image. If this the case please be assured that all contents used will be similar in type and value, as we are always adding new and interesting items to our product lines

Free Shipping:

Local free delivery will only be available for orders over R300 and within 5km radius of the shop. Free deliveries are only available from Monday to Saturday.

  • Q: How long will my order take to be delivered?
  • A: Orders received and paid for by 12 noon on weekdays will be delivered within 72 hours countrywide, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Returns and warranty information

Dear GT Vape customers, We value and thank you for your business. Please note that Electronic cigarette atomizers/cartomizers and e-cigarette rechargeable batteries although made to the highest quality are functional devices that may fail or degrade over a period, especially if in constant use.

Below are the terms under which your electronic vaporizer is covered under our manufacturer’s warranty, in the unfortunate case of having to return a device that is not functioning normally:

E-Liquid Return Policy

GT Vape will not accept any returns on e-liquid if it does not meet your personal flavour expectation, please understand that taste is a very subjective sense that will vary from person to person. Due to strict Quality Control guidelines, returned e-liquid cannot be reused for any purpose, and any opened or used E-liquid will not be returned.

Hardware Warranty Policy

  • Rebuildables such as your RBAs, RDAs, RTAs, and Mech Mods are for expert vapers, not your average or beginner vapers with no knowledge of how to use the above hardware. The inexperienced without basic knowledge of electronic cigarettes and vaporisers cannot safely use these devices. These products carry no warranty.
  • Clearomizers, Atomizers, Commercial tanks, pods and coils carry NO WARRANTY due to health and hygienic reasons as well as it being a consumable item. Please note that all tanks are susceptible to leaking due to many factors e.g. heat (environmental and body), liquid viscosity, coil degradation, motion etc. In the rare case that a tank is leaking through the seals of the glass and it cannot be fixed with new seals we will replace the tank.
  • Electronic mods and electronic devices carry a supplier warranty. The warranty will be voided if any physical damage is present on the device (scratches, chips and/or dents), the USB port is broken or damaged and the button is pushed in or damaged due to poor use by the consumer.
  • The problem is caused by improper treatment or unauthorized repair.
  • The problem is caused by accident, abuse, misuse, contact or immersion in liquids, fire, or other external causes.
  • The problem is caused by operating the product outside the permitted or intended use described by us.
  • The product or part has been modified in any way.
  • The product or part has been used in conjunction with a modified part.
  • This warranty does not cover clearance products and consumable items including mouthpieces, cartridges, atomizers, coils, RBA’s, lanyards, and leather cases.
  • Defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal ageing of the product
  • Receipt from purchased date present at warranty claim date
  • The warranty period has expired
  • Products need to be returned with original packaging
  • 10% handling fee on ALL returns.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?

If a popular item is out of stock, we try hard to restock within 2 days. For slower selling items, we try to restock within 1-2 weeks. However, please understand that restock times will vary greatly because some of the manufacturers we work with are very small. There are so many other reasons why a product is out of stock for an extended period of time:

  • The product or brand is being re-designed
  • The manufacturer is on vacation/holiday
  • The product is being reformulated
  • The product has been recalled
  • The manufacturer is busy or overwhelmed
  • The manufacturer has discontinued selling to distributors

Device Repairs:

  • We strive to provide the most convenient service at the best price.
  • All products in the store carry a manufacturing warranty, that excludes any physical damage.
  • Devices will only be released when outstanding payment has been received in full.
  • Devices not collected after 90 days will be sold/discarded.
  • We reserve the right to charge a holding cost on devices uncollected, 1 month after they have been booked in.
  • We reserve the right to charge interest and holding costs on devices repaired and uncollected, 1 month after the invoice date.
  • We have a 3-month general repair warranty on workmanship.
  • We offer a 6-month warranty on battery replacements.
  • We require a 50% deposit on all parts we do not have in stock to be ordered.

Rewards System:

How do rewards work?

All registered customers earn 5% on all purchases made.

For every R100 spent customers will receive R5 in reward points.

Where can I see my points?

Navigate to My Account – Rewards

Points Expiration:

Customers will lose their points if they don’t use them within a 6 Month period.
This works on a first in → first out rule. Customers always spend their oldest points and will lose them if they didn’t use them in time.

Points Usage Limits:

Customers can only use 300 000 points (R300) on a single cart.

Customers can discount 100% of the cart if the cart total is R300 and below with available points.
